My first time using Plantronics, and I'm completely satisfied. I had trouble with drivers and detection, but 5 minutes of googling fixed my problems (found the answer on Reddit, not on this site). Sound and microphone quality haven't dropped a bit since I bought them a month ago.

I purchased these in July for my work at home job. Well here we are 4 months later and the microphone does not work. I have a bluetooth headset, and the mic works on that, and I have the built in mic, and that works as well. Even tried using on another computer. SAME ISSUE. I CANT WORK WITHOUT IT, and now I am forced to buy a new headset. I am so angry.

I have been using Plantronics products since 2008 and their products never fail to amaze me. One thing I like about them is the sound quality. I am teaching online and the headset I currently use now is the.audio 628. I utilize the features as much as possible, The buttons are really perfect and it is very easy to control the volume and if you want to hang up to end the call. The mute button also is placed nicely. I always take my headset with me whenever I travel since it is portable. I just hope they also include a case for their headsets in the future. A little additional on the market price would not hurt the pocket at all. Overall, it is excellent and the sound quality is great!

I bought this headset intended for Skype communications and online tutorial lessons. At first I chose a popular brand at worth P650 headset with mic, but I returned it in less than 24H because Windows 7 won't accept its 3.5mm jack functionality. So I opted to choose a more recommended and proven headset. I am glad I had chosen Plantronics Audio 628. It was delivered within 6 days to my far flung location. I tested it right away. It was indeed plug-and-play, ready to use after you have inserted the USB port. It also instantly connected with the plantronics website and software updater to check for device updates. The cables were also of good quality and compact. The headset is very lightweight and comfortable to the ears. It does not make you sweat. I love it because at the same time, I can somehow still can hear the noise from outside, so it makes me still within my environment yet it only captures my voice on recording/calls. I'm glad, it was really intuitive, especially its inline buttons for volume, mute and Skype answer/end. I was impressed with the sound quality it delivers into my ears, but I was more than happy to testify that it's DSP and noise cancelling microphone functionality is exceptional. I had three ceiling fans above me, and yes, they are really noisy even with ear muffs on but with Audio 628 mic, it's only my voice that is recorded. It filters unnecessary noise. This is, so far, my most expensive headset but it was worth the price and quality. It looks so plain and simple (low profile) yet sturdy, which makes you confident for video calls while delivering clear and crisp audio. I love how it enhances your voice on playback or recording, I never sounded better with any headset. Also, it automatically disables other connected microphone like from my videocam, making its function optimized. Very satisfied indeed with Lazada.com.ph, JW Summit and Plantronics. Kudos! - Rotsen J
